Flat-plate selective solar collectors with security glass 

Absorbers of our solar collectors are selective MTI, SUNSELECT or MIROTHERM, produced using an electrochemical process under vacuum in high temperature conditions. This technology offers the highest absorption performance. The result can be appreciated during the winter with an absorption rathing of 96% and emissivity of 8%.

A) The special welding ULTRASONIC type used for the connection of the copper plate with 10mm OD copper tubes, performed in a temperature of 40°C, offers the best protection characteristics of the copper plate.


B)    The welding of the 10mm OD cupper tube with 22mm OD tube of the collector, performed using special neck fasteners, ensures water proof capability of the system.


C) The support of the absorber plate on the frame using special rubber (EPDM) pads, having a minimum temperature resistance of 150 °C, avoids thermal bridge effects.

Security glass: invariant semi transparent security cover, 4mm thickness, low iron content, allowing complete penetration of the smallest sunbeam and minimizing heat losses. Total security against external dangerous situation (snow, hailstone). Transparency in solar radiation of 93%
